Academic and Professional Partnership

The SBS Program is built on an academic and professional partnership between the Faculty of Commerce and Business Administration, Capital University, and the Egyptian Banking Institute (EBI), the training arm of the Central Bank of Egypt.

This partnership aims to connect academic study with specialized banking expertise and to equip students with the knowledge and skills that meet the needs of banks and financial institutions.

The partnership contributes to:

  • Supporting practical training within banks and financial institutions.
  • Organizing training programs, workshops, and field visits.
  • Introducing students to the banking work environment and specialized departments.
  • Benefiting from the expertise of professionals working in the banking sector.
  • Supporting professional preparation and enhancing students’ readiness for the labor market.

Procedures for applying for admission to the SBS program

1. Applications are opened electronically through the Faculty’s official website or the program’s official page.

2. Students must enter all required information accurately in the online application form.

3. Payment methods for application fees and admission tests, if applicable, are announced.

4. The dates of the admission tests administered by the Egyptian Banking Institute are announced.

5. Students must attend at the specified time and complete the required tests.

6. Lists of candidates nominated for admission are announced on the Faculty’s official website and the program’s official page.

7. Nominated students must attend the program’s premises to submit the required documents and complete the admission procedures.

8. The final admission results are approved by the relevant authorities, and the final lists of accepted students are announced.

9. Applications may be opened for certain categories, such as holders of equivalent certificates and transfer students, subject to the applicable regulations and available places.

Documents required in case of acceptance

Accepted students must submit the following documents:

1. The student’s nomination card printed from the Coordination website.

2. The original General Secondary Education Certificate, or its equivalent, together with a copy.

3. A recent original computerized birth certificate, together with a copy.

4. Ten recent personal photographs.

5. A copy of the student’s national identification card.

6. A copy of the guardian’s national identification card.

7. Military Form 2 (Gond) for male students and any other military service documents requested by the Faculty.

8. A declaration confirming the accuracy of the submitted information and the commitment to pay the prescribed tuition fees.

9. The medical examination form, in accordance with the regulations approved by the University.
